amazing stay near everything!

perfect location room upgrade airport transportation

I was so excited! the location is just perfect! you walk out and you are right by the main attractions! the hotel even arranged my airport transportation. i got a room upgrade to celebrate my birthday. Such a thoughtful surprise. my room was super clean. it included robes and slippers too.

i did notice a slight musty smell in the bathroom, but it was minor.

the hotel boasts a prime location near key attractions. planty park and numerous restaurants surround the building. i found everything i needed just steps from the entrance. it made sightseeing simple.

tidy room easy check-in convenient location adequate breakfast noisy street unavailable starter

the hotel rooms were tidy i appreciated that. i also liked how easy it was to check in and out of the hotel. the location was close to the main square too it was very convenient.

the breakfast was adequate i expected a bit more. our room overlooked a noisy street the garbage trucks were loud. the hotel restaurant disappointed too as starters were unavailable late at night.

central location helpful staff surprise upgrade

The location was very central to popular attractions. The hotel staff was consistently helpful with directions and recommendations. The room upgrade to a Beautiful Double Room was a wonderful surprise for my birthday. It really enhanced my stay!

The street noise at night was quite disruptive. A bar nearby was open late. This disturbance affected my sleep quality on several occasions.

really good location morning prosecco powerful air conditioning missing conditioner

The location proved really good, right off the main square (very convenient for exploring). The breakfast was also quite nice. It featured prosecco every morning, I found out.

The air conditioning in the room was quite powerful. This resulted in a constant switching between too hot and too cold. I also noticed a lack of hair conditioner in the bathroom, inconvenient.

dirty drawer no cleaning

The breakfast had a vast selection, so that was acceptable.

I found cords and wooden sticks upon opening a drawer. The housekeeper eventually removed them but did not clean the drawer, imagine that!

strong air conditioning severely dry air

the location was acceptable.

The air conditioning was MUCH too strong for my small room. the room switched between being too hot and too cold, even though i did not change the settings. this caused severely dry air. I woke up several times during the night. the a/c unit was placed almost directly above the bed. it was too cold to turn it off completely. i found this disruptive.
